| Prices | Property Report (English P&L / balance sheet): free of charge as part of our buyer service, for properties you are seriously considering (a short buyer brief is requested; requests for financials on 3 or more properties at once are handled under an individual plan, quoted in writing in advance). On-site property viewings: free of charge. Full-Day Private Tour (chartered, multi-property): from JPY 150,000 per day (approx. US$1,000) — individually quoted in writing in advance (the quote depends on areas, itinerary and vehicle) and credited toward the brokerage success fee when the purchase closes. For orders placed under the previous paid pricing (Property Report USD 9 / REYADO Premium USD 27 per month / Property Viewing Service Fee USD 980 per visit), the terms displayed at the time of purchase continue to apply. Exchange rates and any foreign-transaction fees are determined by your card issuer. |
| Japanese consumption tax | Prices are shown in USD. For customers who are non-residents of Japan, no Japanese consumption tax is charged (the service qualifies as an export-exempt transaction under the Japanese Consumption Tax Act). For customers residing in Japan, the displayed price includes Japanese consumption tax. |

Viewings and tours are provided on the date confirmed by email after your request. |
| Cancellation | Full-Day Private Tour: if a confirmed tour cannot take place for reasons attributable to REYADO or the seller and cannot be rescheduled, any amount already paid is refunded in full; to reschedule, contact us as early as possible before the visit. | Refund policy (orders under the previous paid pricing) | In rare cases, only one of the two documents (P&L or BS) can be obtained. In that case we deliver a thorough analysis of the available document and support your investment decision as far as it allows — this counts as a completed report and is not eligible for a refund. A full refund applies only if we cannot obtain any financial documents at all. If no documents can be obtained within 10 business days of your order, we refund the full amount automatically — no request needed. |
| Premium cancellation (existing members) | New Premium sign-ups have ended (reports are now free of charge). Existing members can cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal linked in receipt and confirmation emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no prorated refunds, and included reports remain available until then. |

| Non-conformity | If a delivered report contains a clear mistranslation or an evident analytical error, we will correct and redeliver it. |
